These terms apply to everyone who uses Flynko. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Flynko app and website. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using Flynko, you agree to these terms.
Flynko is an independently operated business run by Adil Khan, based at Nagina, near Police Station, Badakli Chowk, NUH, Haryana – 122108, India. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
Flynko is a local quick-commerce and delivery platform. It lets you discover products from local stores, restaurants and cafés, place an order and have it delivered within the service area. Flynko facilitates these orders between customers, sellers and delivery partners.
You may use Flynko if you are able to enter into a legally binding contract under applicable law and you provide accurate registration details. Flynko is currently available only within the service area described under Service availability.
You register with your mobile number and sign in using a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number and OTP secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please keep your details accurate and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You place an order by selecting items, confirming your delivery location and completing checkout. An order is an offer to buy the selected items; it is accepted once confirmed for fulfilment by Flynko or the relevant seller. We may decline or cancel an order where items are unavailable, the address is outside the service area, or the order appears fraudulent.
Listings depend on what nearby sellers have in stock, and stock can change between browsing and picking. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will let you know and adjust the order, substitute the item where you agree, or refund that item.
Prices are shown in the app and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers can change. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout when you confirm it. Delivery charges may vary with delivery distance and order conditions and are shown at checkout before you pay.
The minimum order value is ₹50. Orders below that value cannot be placed.

Where a payment fails or is not completed, the order may not be processed.
Online payments may be processed through the Cashfree payment gateway or the relevant payment infrastructure provider, supporting UPI, cards and the other methods offered at checkout. Those payments are handled by the payment service provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Flynko does not collect or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
Where Cash on Delivery is available, payment is due in full when the order is handed over. Please have the correct amount ready. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in the option being withdrawn from an account.
The Flynko Wallet may be used to pay for orders and to receive adjustments or resolutions where applicable. Wallet balances are for use within Flynko, are not transferable and are not a deposit or banking product.
Customers may cancel an order up to the delivery stage. Once an order has reached the out-for-delivery/delivery stage, cancellation may not be available, because the items have already been picked and dispatched.
Orders are delivered to the address recorded on the order. Please ensure someone is available to receive it. Delivery times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with distance, availability, traffic, weather and other operational conditions.
Where order tracking is available, you can follow the status of an order in the app from acceptance through to delivery. Tracking information is indicative and may not update instantly.
Flynko does not provide a blanket refund for every order. Customers should check their order at delivery where applicable.
Where a valid issue is identified, Flynko may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund depending on the circumstances. Please report any issue immediately to the delivery partner or to Flynko support so it can be reviewed.
Sellers are responsible for the products they list — accurate descriptions and pricing, the quality and condition of goods supplied, and compliance with the laws applying to those goods. Sellers are onboarded after document verification and approval, and commercial terms and commission are agreed individually.
Delivery partners are onboarded after verification of Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) and bank details. They are responsible for handling orders with care, delivering to the address recorded on the order, and complying with applicable traffic and licensing requirements.

The Flynko name, logo, app, website, design and content are owned by Flynko or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use them only as needed to use the service, and may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.
Flynko currently operates in a limited local service area — Badakli Chowk, Nagina, NUH, Haryana and surrounding areas within approximately a 5 km delivery radius. Availability may vary depending on delivery coverage, seller availability and operating hours. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or website.
Flynko provides the service with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee that the app or website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a delivery estimate will always be met.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flynko is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including your rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as the service develops or as legal requirements change. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of Flynko after an update means the revised terms apply.
